There's no time to waste..

I wanted to get most of the dolls I had here done, but when I walked out of my room it was sooooo gross outside. Then the thunderstorm came and went and I'm sitting here wanting to do lots, but can't do anything. I also manage to run out of sealer before I order more. I'm an idiot. I have just a bit left and I have 3 more cans on the way.

I did a commission for Sadistic_x_blood on DoA and she sent me a pictures of him. Tan dolls are so handsome, but a tan El is gorgeous!

Also I did end up selling the Luts Wintery head (old Amalgam) and I offered the future buyer a face up of their choice with the sale. Well here he is all "naturale".

I decided to order 4, yes 4 wigs when I order my Jerome. It just makes sense to get all the wigs I want so that I don't have to pay for shipping from Korea more times than needed. I'm so excited I can't wait, but I have to! I started a GO, which no one seems interested, but I plan to still wait until the 22nd. Yay! The day before I have a doll meet I will be attending in NYC to see guls207 of DoA. It will be fun (even though I'm doll-less)!

Wilderness

I watched Into the Wild last night and I've never heard of the true story before, so it came at quite a surprise to me. I remember when it came out and I would hear a little about it, but I thought it was a fiction about a kid who tells his family and friends he wants to live in the wilderness. They tell him he's crazy but supports him. Ha! I had no idea what was coming. Oh boy.

I think the tone of the movie led me to have the strangest dream. The strangest part was (be prepared to laugh) I was painting dolls outside on like abandoned overgrown train tracks.. I had two tan dolls belonging to 2 different people. One was a expensive Volks, the other I believe a Migidoll Ryu (which they don't make either in the tan color they were in my dream). I'm cleaning them off with W&N and THEY START TO FALL APART! The Volks face cracks right down the left side. The Ryu is crumbling like an eraser! I'm freaking out! How do I explain this to the owners. Why is this even happening? My mind came up with the idea that someone sold that person a "fake" doll made out of Sculpey and passed it as a resin Volks. Hahah! Oh girl.

I'm going camping tomorrow..how ironic..or not...I never know how to correctly use that word. I'm going to try to finish up 3 commissions today. Let's see if it works. I finished this guy last night. Tan Els are soooo handsome!

Mind is active, body should catch up.

Yesterday I got to test the FFXIV beta. I was really excited that I was able to play. However, I became really tired at the same time. I play for about an hour sadly before I became to overwhelmed and too tired. I hope to be able to test more in the future. I think my brain was getting tired because I couldn't change the look direction of the camera and has to concentrate too much on moving it. Haha.

Tomorrow I am heading to KinoKuniya and I'm taking Nery with me. Going to be fun.

I recently had the urge to continue rerooting and finally getting this Blythe doll together again, but good grief I alway say that every couple of months....We will see won't we. Sad part is I do not know where the gal's screws are!!

I hope to get on entering the "How to" sections, but I am too lazy busy! I will, I will. I have been also saving to buy an airbrush and I'm getting really close! Cannot wait!

Big Update.

I have been working on face ups and not posting them lol. So this entry will have all of those photos and other updates as well.

First off, I think I will be moving to blogger.com since I really want to keep that account active because it has all my old old old entries in it. I'm kind of at a loss as what to name it though. That and my website in general. Meggilu is ok but kind of childish you know? I don't. Haha. Also thank you to those who commented on my previous post. I will definitely think of something very soon!

Second, I have really started to gather together what I really want to do in life and it definitely involves going back to school 100% now. I want to get my bachelors in Education and something else like Photography. I also want to visit other countries through exchange programs in college or join the JET program and go teach English in Japan when I am finished school. I'm not sure if I will live there long term but I definitely want to live there. I will most definitely(I'm using this word too much..)take Japanese and Japan/Eastern Asian History classes!! Very excited.
