My Christmas Wish.

It's almost December and it's 60+ degrees out. It's very strange.

I'm about to head out to class for 2 hours. Then when I come home I have to get straight to writing my 5 page paper due tomorrow. Yep, procrastination at it's best.

I've made it a goal to finish all the commissions I have here with me and sent home before Christmas. I must work harder! After I get this paper finished I should have more time. Just reading and studying for finals is all that is left for me until the 21st. Then I'm free~ I'm thinking that is when I will reopen some commission slots. I will be able to work on them during my winter break. I definitely need that break. Then I will finally be able to put a face on Prise. Here's one of her mock-ups I did earlier this month;

I kind of wanted her to have antlers, but then decided I'd rather have them painted on her, or in a way lines to simulate her having this energy running through her. She's a healer, one of the three beings "something" creates for a special action in my story. Amalgam is the precog, her counter-part in the story. There is a third, a destroyer type, but he/she hasn't been fully developed. In the picture her make-up looks really stark, but I know in real life it will be this soft darkness. I can't wait to start.

Well Ook!

As some of you may have seen, my site was attacked the other day where the front page was changed. Not to worry though as I did fix what I'm sure is all of it, and will get try and get help to prevent it from happening again. This is unfortunate but it happens, and I hope none of you were affected by it! Everything should be fine though.

Lastly, I know I'm the worst artist ever right now. I suck, I'm awful, I'm a nuisance. I am. Hahah. I hate myself too don't worry. Lol. No but in all seriousness, I do apologize for the change from constant progress with commissions to practically none. I encourage sending harassing emails telling me to fricken get it together and that you want your damn face-up and your doll back home! Lol.

Good news, I'm heading to pick up Prise today at the post office. As well as a commissions package who I think my belong to Reshana on DoA. Yay!
Oh and I went to Ellis Island, with my back out. That's happy news, sort of. I've never been there before, and it was quite cool. Photographyyy.

Finally some dolly news!

My Supia Hael is on her way! I'm excited, yet I'm afraid I have nothing for her! That includes time. When she comes she will just have to wait a little before she has a face. Not to mention a head of hair. Lol. Would anyone happen to have this wig and would like to trade me for like a simple face-up add (tattoo, freckles etc.)? Haha. I'm so sad it's sold out. I'm not even sure if it will fit her either. I'm really looking for a lovely, below chin length, mohair scarlet/carrot wig that doesn't cover up the forehead.

Right now I'm sitting here wasting time writing this when I should actually be reading some homework before class. I'm such a lame student. I need to eat something too, I forget about eating sometimes. Not good, haha. I also need to not forget about Ohayou Dollfie. I want to add more things and will do so soon.

Prise is ready for home!

I just made the final payment for Prise, my Supia Hael. She will be my first Supia doll and I'm very excited. Their work is gorgeous. I have her eyes, but not a wig. I do have her face-up style in my mind, but not one article of clothing for her. I must look around. I'm so excited for her to come home. Amalgam is as well. Oh the photo ideas I have!

Also I'm ready to head over to my local Sally's and get some bleach. I'm pretty sure I want to do this!

Getting impatient!

I'm really, really wanting a Supia Hael. I can't stand it. Not only that, but I really want more doll clothes, shoes, eyes, etc. This has me contemplating doing trades. My poor dolls that I do have, have nothing! Amalgam is the worst because his outfit is so unique it doesn't even exist yet! To make matters worse, Prise (who is a Supia Hael), is in the same "universe" as Amalgam. So her outfit is also something I have to create. I'm just like "woe is me" with my dolly collection. Anyone else feel the same? ^_^

Right now I'm about to go swimming, and have some lunch. Then I have to head back to the house I'm watching. It's tough watching the house because I have a lot of work I can only do at home. Not to mention, the reason I'm housesitting is because I'm really dog/catsitting. So it's like I have 4 dogs now. Lots of work. ^_~

I'm trying to get commission finished in between the other "job". Locksley's Unoa is almost finished. I just need time to paint her! It's frustrating, I'm itching to complete her! I wish I could fold my arms, blink my eyes and !poof! I have a studio!

Yes, they were having an awesome sale I was lucky enough to catch and I thought why the hell not. I cannot wait to get Amalgam back!! I love this character and I hope that he is in this specific sculpt. I hope the wig and eyes I got him work well too. I'm so excited! I have no idea when he will be shipped either, so let the waiting game begin.

Movies and newses.

I upped the ante on my Netflix so I could feed my romance fix faster. Yeah recently I had a random urge to watch squishy love films. Random, that's me.

Looks like I will be redoing a face up which I am mostly happy about and determined. Sometimes a sculpt just gives you a hard time. The thing I dislike most is when lips do not have much definition. It's then easy for them to turn out looking like a duck bill or a sour face. ( > x O) So I'm dedicated and ready to fix this boy up RIGHT!
Rohava's boys were completed yesterday and are on their way home today. Ryu's are really handsome, crush.

Now about my dolls. I have a huge array of stories and possible characters collecting in my mind. It's a bit frustrating when you just want all of them in doll form now! It's impossible unless you're wealthy. I think because of this two characters are morphing into one! Bikou and Prise are becoming one. I am leaning more towards Prise though, since the story I created about her is more elaborate, and I also already have Prise's counterpart, Amalgam. The look however resembles Bikou's. So I'm saving to order a Crobidoll Jerome who I think can be Prise...but he maybe Bikou....or both...or neither. I seriously don't know. However I drew this up last night, and it surprised me. It's Bikou and it's Prise. What the hell!
