I had the strangest dream.

I dreamt that I had a Volks doll, it was a "Shiyo" model. I don't even know if that even exists. He was MSD sized. It was weird, like I was deciding to work on all my dolls at one time. I also wished I could buy the doll I've really been wanting, a Supia Hael. Then I was thinking, why don't I just sell this Shiyo? It's Volks, I know it's like $1500. Then I was like, why the heck do I have this doll? I realized that it wasn't really mine, but someone sent it to me to do a face-up like 4 years ago and never contacted me again. Imagine that? What would you do?

Shows how badly I want Prise, who will be a Supia Hael. I've also been thinking of restarting Amalgam and modding him. His "water-line" area is really rough. I want to smooth it down, and fix his nose and lips. He also needs eyelashes. We'll see what happens. I would need to wait until I'm not so busy.

I have jury duty on Tuesday....

I have a problem.

aI've been obsessed with Rilakkuma and it's just getting worse. Every time I see those little lazy bears I feel all warm and fuzzy inside! During one of the last meetings of my Japanese II class (last semester) we were set up with pen pals from my Sensei's friend's class in Japan. We sent out our first letters, in class, on boring white printer paper. No good! Now, I love me some stationary, especially かわいい stationary! One day whilst at Mitsuwa I came across the MOST かわいい stationary in all the land, and of course it featured Rilakumma! I was bought before I knew what I was doing. Recently/finally I was able to put it to use. After a long wait, I mailed out my letter to my pen pal yesterday. ゆるしてください!

I'm also studying Japanese more and more. (help me!) I must work hard! I've also started to delve into a tiny bit of Korean. ^_^; I want to know all the languages of the world!!!! *zoom!*

Speaking of studying, my last class is tomorrow! No more pencils, no more books! I have to study though because it's an exam tomorrow. I also get to watch a film about the Civil War for an extra 20 points. Yay!

As some of you saw on my Twitter that I posted about how I could not get Lady Gaga's Judas out of my head. Well, I dreamt that I was going to participate in a recital my art teacher was putting together, and that I would play the softer version of Poker Face on the piano. Ha! I can not play the piano well enough to do that song, and my brain knew it. While I was waiting in my seat for my turn, I was chatting up Eddie Izzard....Then when it came to be my turn I walked up to the piano in the middle of the audience. I messed up a lot, I didn't know how the heck to play that, but I at least sang well. However my mom was not impressed! She said, "It was ok, but you know you cannot play piano that well and your singing was a bit off..." MOM!

Wilderness

I watched Into the Wild last night and I've never heard of the true story before, so it came at quite a surprise to me. I remember when it came out and I would hear a little about it, but I thought it was a fiction about a kid who tells his family and friends he wants to live in the wilderness. They tell him he's crazy but supports him. Ha! I had no idea what was coming. Oh boy.

I think the tone of the movie led me to have the strangest dream. The strangest part was (be prepared to laugh) I was painting dolls outside on like abandoned overgrown train tracks.. I had two tan dolls belonging to 2 different people. One was a expensive Volks, the other I believe a Migidoll Ryu (which they don't make either in the tan color they were in my dream). I'm cleaning them off with W&N and THEY START TO FALL APART! The Volks face cracks right down the left side. The Ryu is crumbling like an eraser! I'm freaking out! How do I explain this to the owners. Why is this even happening? My mind came up with the idea that someone sold that person a "fake" doll made out of Sculpey and passed it as a resin Volks. Hahah! Oh girl.

I'm going camping tomorrow..how ironic..or not...I never know how to correctly use that word. I'm going to try to finish up 3 commissions today. Let's see if it works. I finished this guy last night. Tan Els are soooo handsome!
