Can you/Will you do...?

If you have unique request do not be afraid to message me. However, I unfortunately limit my work to the head only. I do not offer body work, modding or sanding at all. I will turn down a commission if I feel it requires materials or techniques I am not able to utilize.

Buying and applying eyelashes?
Application of eyelashes is free. They must be supplied by you. I recommend getting doll specific eyelashes, but sometime human false lashes can be used on larger dolls. I cannot always recycle eyelashes that are already attached to a previous faceup.

My doll is a(n) ______, do you paint those?
I work on resin ball jointed dolls only. I am open to working on any type of mold or company.

Commission

How will I know when my doll reaches you?
I may update you personally, but their status on the progress list and my twitter is the best way to keep track of your doll during a commission.

How long does a commission take?
A single commission usually takes 7-14 days from starting not arrival. More complex commissions will take longer. If you estimate 2 weeks per person it is possible to be beneath a 1 month wait and being third on the list. So, please take this into account. You can wait to send, but I offer everyone the chance to send whenever they can. Whoever's head arrives will jump ahead of the others who haven't.

There is also time to consider when I am in school, and unpredictable occurences such as weather or personal reasons. Sometimes weather can effect my materials used on the face-ups causing a lag in production. This is usually during humid or frigid times.

Can you take progress pictures?
Usually one will request progress pictures because they are unsure of what they want or unsure I can create that perfect faceup they have envisioned. Please commission me ONLY IF you trust my style. If you do not feel safe without progress photos I would recommend not commissioning me for my services.

Commission Form?
The commission form is used to convey what you would like done, as well as identify your package when it arrives. It will be in your confirmation email after reserving a spot, and is to be added to the package AFTER successfully reserving the spot.

Ordering

What is the down payment for?
The down payment is to make sure only serious clients are placed on the list. It is non-refundable. It is not a separate cost. It is subtracted from your final total. For example, face-up = $78 - down payment = $25. Your payment after the face-up is complete would be $53.

Can I reserve for multiple dolls?
Absolutely! One reservation can be for multiple dolls. There is a 4 doll maximum.

When do I see/pay my total?
An estimate can be requested before or after buying a reservation.
You will be asked to pay the remaining total after you approve the final work.

Can I commission you even when shop is sold out?
No, if the shop is sold out that means commissions are closed. You can join the newsletter to be updated when the shop is open again.

What is your method of payment?
I used Paypal, and accept all methods through them.

Shipping

What should I send with my doll?
Most important is the commission form, as it is a way of identifying your doll. It is recommended to send your doll with a face mask (domed drink lid is sufficiant).
You can send the doll's eyes, wig, or even the whole doll, but this is not manditory.

Package tracking says delievery was attempted, is my package ok?
If you have sent your package with a method that requires a signature, it will not be left at my home when it's delivered when I'm not there. It is then returened to my town's post office, where it waits for my pick-up or scheduled re-delivery. I can only do pickups 2 days out of the week when in school.

How much is insurace?

When do I pay for shipping?
A shipping price will be included with your total that you pay after you have approved your doll's work. The cost will be based on what shipping details were included on your form.

What is the cheapest?
The cheapest shipping method is First Class, both domestic and international.

How long will shipping home take?
It usually take me 1-2 business day to ship out, unless you live in a country that does not allow me to print labels online. Post office trips are limited to 2 days out of the week when I am in school.
EMS takes 1-7 business days, and Priority take 3-14 business days to reach your home. First Class shipping it takes the longest at 7-21 business days.. These times do not take longer than usual time in customs into account.

Have you shipped, can I have the tracking number?
Again, I update the progress list and Twitter when I have shipped your package. You are also automatically notified when I create the shipping label and I include your contact e-mail.

My package is lost, what do I do?
If you fear your package is lost, please contact me immediately.
I will help you in the process of filing a claim.
